Frequently Asked Questions.
You have questions, we have answers.
While we welcome customers to submit claims to their insurance providers, it’s important to note that Onsite Clinical Care is currently not contracted with any insurance companies. This is primarily due to the nature of our at-home kit, which eliminates the need for a doctor’s visit. We regret to inform you that we cannot guarantee approval of insurance claims. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to determine the coverage and reimbursement options available for our services.
At this time, the patient taking the test must be at least 18+ in order to register on our site.
Unfortunately, we cannot service Alaska, California, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island residents at this time. We also cannot service outside of the Continental United States.
CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments) regulations vary by state and require a written or electronic request for patient testing. States that allow Direct Access Testing (DAT) are an exception to this rule – consumers are allowed to take a test without a requisition authorized by a physician. Onsite Clinical Care works with a physician network to authorize tests in all states where our tests can be purchased.
